Our house is located in a natural reservation, nested above the city of La Seyne-sur-Mer and accessible only through a private road. Our guests love Villa Kerjanus for its combination of charm, peace, quiet and natural beauty.
Welcome to Villa Kerjanus
Villa Kerjanus is a classic French Riviera house built in a protected natural reservation called Fabregas above La Seyne-sur-Mer. The entire house was reconstructed in 2014 with new interiors and exteriors.
We offer three vacation apartments for rent. All apartments come with a fully equipped kitchen, separate outside entrance, quiet terrace with amazing views, Apple TV and smart home control / air conditioning.

Massif du Cap-Sicié offers immediate access to hiking trails and biking roads right behind the villa. We also offer free bike rental for our guests.

Plage de Fabregas is only a 5-minute walk down the hill. Ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, or dining at the beachside restaurants.
Boat Trips
We can arrange boat trips on our private yacht to the Golden Islands (Porquerolles, Port-Cros) or the Calanques of Cassis.
Local Towns
Explore nearby Sanary-sur-Mer, Toulon's port and old town (accessible via ferry from Les Sablettes), or the medieval village of Castellet.
Day Trips
An ideal base to visit iconic destinations like Saint-Tropez, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Gorges du Verdon, and Monaco, all within 1 to 2 hours drive.
