Thank you for choosing Villa Kerjanus for your stay. This page provides useful information that will hopefully answer most of your questions. As always, if there is anything we can help you with, please do not hesitate to contact Karel or Hana directly.
Arrival Information
Searching for Villa Kerjanus on Google Maps will provide accurate directions. However, the last 2-3 km of the route change based on the time of the year.

During summer (approx. June – September)
The main route via Corniche Varoise (D2816) is closed and you will have to take the second roundabout exit to Route de Fabregas towards Fabregas Beach. Drive along the beach and you will see a barrier on the right side – input the security code you have received from us (or see access codes below) and the barrier will automatically open and close behind you. From here, you just have to follow the road all the way to the top of the hill.
During winter months
Both routes are open. You will probably want to take Corniche Varoise (D2816) as it is slightly faster and has less pedestrian traffic.
Gate Access Codes
You will need a code to open the gate for Fabregas private road. We will send you the gate codes before arrival.

Dining recommendations
There are 3 restaurants and 2 bars directly below Villa Kerjanus (5 minute walk, next to Fabregas Beach), but you can also venture out to neighboring towns. Here are some of our favorite restaurants.
Il Gusto Trattoria (Fabregas)
A wonderful Italian restaurant serving delicious wood-fired pizzas, fresh pasta, and traditional Mediterranean dishes. Great family atmosphere and very friendly staff.
Le Paillote (Fabregas)
Located right on Fabregas Beach, this spot is perfect for enjoying fresh seafood, grilled fish, and refreshing cocktails with your feet in the sand and a beautiful view of the bay.
Le Duplex (Fabregas)
A cozy bistro and bar offering a great selection of local wines, craft beers, gourmet burgers, and tapas. A lively spot for casual dinners and evening drinks.
Chez Daniel et Julia (Fabregas)
A renowned local institution offering exceptional, high-quality French cuisine and seafood specialties. Famous for its bouillabaisse and lovely terrace overlooking the water.
Local activities
Fabregas is close to the main attractions of the French Riviera such as St. Tropez, Cannes and Nice; however, you don’t have to go that far, especially if you prefer to avoid mainstream tourism.
Notre Dame du Mai
Located directly at the top of the hill behind Villa Kerjanus is this historic chapel built in 1625. It offers impressive view of the open sea and the coast and is supposedly the southernmost point of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region.
Toulon
Take a short ferry ride to the Port of Toulon. The ferry leaves every 20-30 minutes from Les Sablettes beach and is very affordable (EUR 2 / person). Port of Toulon offers a number of restaurants and is next Toulon's historic old town.
Sanary-sur-Mer
A prime tourist destination that still maintains the charm of a small French village. Sanary's coastline has a number of small beaches and, unlike most small towns on the Mediterranean coast, it is an active village all year round.
Île des Embiez
Amazing small island with a permanent population of 10. There is a frequent ferry service from Le Brusc (Six-Fours-les-Plages). Natural attractions include seven beaches, a pine forest and nature trail, and a vineyard.
Mont Faron
Mont Faron is a mountain overlooking the city of Toulon. It is 584m high and offers amazing views of the Toulon Bay (often called “Europe's finest bay”). The top can be reached either by a cable car from Toulon, or by a steep and narrow road which ascends from the west side and descends on the east side.
